(The Making of) The Frogs after Aristophanes (2012)

This is a unique event, a live documentary about a journey, an odyssey, a fictional, factual tale of living with a disability. This is a play. Or half a play. A play on a play, in a play. This is a masked dance. Halk a half-mask show, a visual feast, a clown’s parable about fighting hard to get what you want. 

 This is a disaster. 

Equinox Theatre have re-visited a classic Greek comedy and dragged it into their world; a world where life’s odyssey doesn’t have to involve hairy scary monsters to be hell.
