An open space for working on individual projects. A space suited to those who already have a basic knowledge of working with clay. Participants are facilitated to develop their own practise.

17 years

This is an introductory course for those who have an interest in hand-building methods and decoration techniques. Participants are taught basic approaches to sculpting with clay, progressing through glazing and firing steps to finished pieces.

Ceramics for children
Fridays 3.30 pm – 5 pm
September 2021 to June 2022
This course introduces hand building techniques to children between the ages of 8 to 12 years old.
Pinch, slab, pattern, texture and decoration are all explored in a warm friendly and safe environment.
€500
Hand-building methods are explored along with learning about decoration through paint and glazes. This programme suits all levels and all costs are included.
