On this course you will be encouraged to record your thoughts, experiences, and observations. Tara shares prompts and ideas for getting started.Each session is filled with practical exercises where participants are encouraged to write ‘on the spot’.
With journalling, Tara explains, there are no rules, no rights or wrongs. You are invited to share parts of your journal in the group but, fundamentally, your journal is for you, so you’re in charge. Your journal is a space where you’re absolutely free to express yourself.The journalling experience allows each person to explore ideas, self and others in a safe and supportive space .
